All credit cards will be exempt of any surcharge.

Cash only guests will be asked on check-in for the full room rate for their entire stay + $100.00 additional per night to cover incidental charges.

FOR SECURITY REASONS, ALL FIRST TIME GUESTS WILL BE ASKED FOR CURRENT PHOTO ID ON ARRIVAL.

Cancellation Policy

We have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy.

Cancellations must be emailed to info@wangarattagateway.com.au before 2pm the day prior to the arrival date to avoid the full price of the first nights’ accommodation being charged to your nominated Credit Card.
